3.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, contact form, email, WhatsApp, or by phone. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email or call.

3.2 Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name, email, phone number
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Date, time, passenger count, luggage info
• Special requirements (e.g., children seats, delays)

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is only considered accepted once confirmed by us in writing or by phone. We reserve the right to decline bookings.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are provided in DKK or EUR, including VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Final price is confirmed at booking confirmation.
• We accept card payments, bank transfers, and other approved methods.
• Prices may vary based on service time, traffic, and client changes.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be charged up to 100% of the service price.
• No-shows are charged in full.

5.2 Copenhagen Services Cancellations

If we cancel due to force majeure or operational issues, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

6. Delays and Waiting Time

• 15 minutes of waiting time is included.
• For airport pickups, we monitor flights and allow up to 45 minutes from landing.
• Additional waiting time may be charged by the hour.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Behave respectfully towards our staff and drivers
• Avoid damage to vehicles or property
• Not use our services for unlawful activity

We reserve the right to refuse service due to intoxication, aggressive behavior, or safety risks.
