A Copenhagen Airport transfer with Copenhagen Services is a pre-booked private car with a professional chauffeur who meets you in the CPH arrivals hall with a name board, carries your bags and drives you straight to your hotel, home or meeting. Prices are fixed before you travel: from €125 into the city and €120 to the airport, VAT, tolls and waiting time included.
Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup, sits just 8 km from the city centre, so the drive is short. The part that goes wrong for most travellers is everything around the drive. You queue at the taxi rank after a long flight, try to guess the fare, squeeze a family and five suitcases into a saloon, or discover at 23:40 that the metro platform is packed with a football crowd. A private airport transfer takes all of that off your plate. Your car is already waiting when you walk through customs, your price was agreed when you booked, and the person driving you knows exactly where your hotel's drop-off lane is.
Leaving Copenhagen works the same way in reverse. We collect you from your door, and plan the pickup time around check-in cut-offs and the current security-queue situation at CPH, not a generic "two hours before". You are dropped at the Terminal 3 departures kerb, close to the check-in halls.

Night rides (21:00–06:00) carry a 10% surcharge. Card payments carry a 3% fee. Extra waiting beyond the included window is €20 per 15 minutes. The metro is excellent value if you travel light. A single ticket to the centre costs DKK 30, and the M2 line runs around the clock from Terminal 3, according to Metroselskabet. All international arrivals at CPH come out into the arrivals hall in Terminal 3, after baggage reclaim and customs.
