From €125 for up to three passengers (Mercedes EQS, E-Class or BMW i5), €140 in a Luxury VIP car and €150 in a 7-seat V-Class, including 45 minutes of waiting.

Per car. The price is the same whether one person or the vehicle's full capacity travels.

VAT, airport parking, tolls within Copenhagen, flight tracking, meet and greet, luggage handling, water, Wi-Fi and free child seats.

Rides between 21:00 and 06:00 carry a 10% surcharge, card payments a 3% fee, and extra waiting beyond your window costs €20 per 15 minutes.

No. Your price is fixed when you book and doesn't change with traffic, weather or demand.

In the Terminal 3 arrivals hall, at the barrier facing the exit from customs, holding a board with your name.

Yes. Just tell us what it should say.

In the pickup area in front of Terminal 3, a two-minute walk from the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur walks you there and takes your trolley.

At the Terminal 3 departures kerb, close to check-in. Tell us your airline and we'll use the nearest entrance.

We track your flight in real time and your chauffeur adjusts automatically. There's no charge for delays.

45 or 60 minutes after your actual landing time, depending on what you booked. Choose 60 minutes for non-Schengen flights.

Sedans take about three large cases, a V-Class up to seven. Tell us about skis, golf bags, pushchairs or bike boxes and we'll assign the right vehicle.

Yes, free. Tell us your children's ages and weights so we fit the right infant seats, child seats or boosters.

Danish law requires a suitable child restraint for children under 135 cm, with some exceptions for taxis. We always provide proper seats on request.

Yes, a folding wheelchair fits in our V-Class and most sedans. Tell us in advance so we allocate the right car.

Small pets in carriers are usually fine. Please tell us when booking.

By card in advance or on the day, or by bank transfer. Companies can be invoiced. Card payments carry a 3% fee.

Yes. Every corporate booking receives a VAT invoice, and regular clients can have monthly invoicing.

Prices are quoted in euros. International cards are accepted and your bank converts the currency.

Cancellation terms are stated in your confirmation and in our terms and conditions. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Tipping isn't expected in Denmark. If you'd like to reward great service, it's appreciated but never required.

Yes. All our chauffeurs hold the Danish chauffeur licence required for commercial passenger transport under the Taxi Act.
