Flight delayed? With an airport transfer from us, nothing changes for you. We track every flight in real time and your chauffeur's pickup follows your actual landing time. Your free waiting time (45 or 60 minutes, as booked) starts when you land, not at the scheduled time. Delays cost nothing. Only waiting beyond your free window, after you've landed, is charged, at €20 per 15 minutes.

When you book with a flight number, dispatch monitors it through live flight-tracking data from departure onwards. We see departure delays, in-flight changes and the actual touchdown time. Your chauffeur's schedule updates automatically, so they don't sit at the airport for a flight that is two hours late, and they're never late for one that lands early. You don't need to call us from the departure gate, though a quick message is always welcome.

During strikes, storms or airport-wide disruption, we contact affected clients proactively and reschedule as flights are reassigned. If trains or ferries are disrupted, we can often get you to your onward connection by road. One review describes exactly that:
