Copenhagen Services' 2026 prices: airport to city from €125, city to airport from €120, hourly hire from €120 per hour (3-hour minimum), Luxury VIP from €132–€165 and a 7-seat V-Class from €125–€165. Every price is fixed and per vehicle, and includes VAT, tolls within Copenhagen, airport parking and waiting time. Minibuses, coaches and long-distance trips are quoted as fixed prices on request.

Night rides (21:00–06:00) carry a 10% surcharge. Card payments carry a 3% fee. Extra waiting beyond the included window is €20 per 15 minutes. Prices are starting prices and include VAT, tolls within Copenhagen and airport parking. Your exact price depends on the route, time and any extras, and is confirmed before you travel.

There are no fuel surcharges, "airport fees" or peak-time multipliers. If a price changes, it is because you changed the booking.

For groups of 8–75 we price by vehicle, not per head, so larger groups often pay less per person than two or three taxis would cost. Roadshows, multi-day hires and regular corporate travel qualify for discounts of up to 30%. Companies with regular travel can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing. A taxi from Copenhagen Airport to the city costs roughly DKK 250–350 on the meter, depending on the company, time of day and traffic. Since 1 January 2026 Danish taxi fares are capped at a national maximum, but each company sets its own tariff below that cap. A 3-zone metro ticket costs DKK 30. Our fixed prices sit above a taxi fare. You pay the difference for a guaranteed car waiting in arrivals, a known price, a premium vehicle and a chauffeur who helps with everything. Private bookings can be paid in advance by card or bank transfer, or settled with the chauffeur. Corporate clients receive a VAT invoice. Cancellation terms are in our terms and conditions. As a rule, free cancellation applies up to the notice period stated in your confirmation.

Hourly chauffeur hire with Copenhagen Services costs €120 per hour in a Standard, Premium or Business car, €125 in a 7-seat Mercedes V-Class and €132 in a Luxury VIP car, with a 3-hour minimum.
A private chauffeur car from CPH to central Copenhagen costs €125 for up to three passengers, €140 in a Luxury VIP Mercedes S580 or BMW 7 Series and €150 in a 7-seat V-Class, including VAT and 45 minutes' waiting.
All prices are per vehicle, regardless of how many passengers (up to the vehicle's capacity) are travelling.
