Why 45 or 60 minutes of waiting?
The waiting window starts when your plane lands. For flights within the Schengen area (most of Europe), 45 minutes is plenty: you’ll usually be in arrivals within 20–30 minutes. For long-haul and non-Schengen flights (UK, US, Middle East, Asia), passport control can take much longer at peak times, particularly since the EU Entry/Exit System became fully operational in April 2026, as the European Commission explains. Choosing 60 minutes means you won’t pay for extra waiting if the queue is long.
How it compares with a taxi

How to get the best value
- Book the EQS instead of the S-Class. It’s the same price as our Standard class, with a near-silent electric cabin.
- If you are four or more, book one V-Class rather than two cars.
