Hourly Chauffeur Hire in Copenhagen (As-Directed Service)

Hourly chauffeur hire in Copenhagen means a private car and professional driver at your disposal, waiting outside each stop and taking you wherever you need next, with no new booking each time. Rates start at €120 per hour (Standard, Premium and Business class), €125 for a 7-seat Mercedes V-Class and €132 for Luxury VIP, with a 3-hour minimum.

In the industry this is called an "as-directed" booking. You don't give us a route in advance; you tell the chauffeur where you want to go as the day unfolds. It is the service we recommend for days with more than two stops, for anyone whose schedule might change, and for visitors who want to see the city without watching a clock or a meter.

When hourly hire beats booking separate transfers

Hourly hire makes sense when:

• You have three or more stops. A morning of client meetings in Ørestad, Hellerup and Indre By costs less as one 4-hour booking than as four separate transfers, and the car is waiting every time you walk out.
• Your timings are uncertain. Meetings overrun, shopping takes longer, lunch turns into an afternoon. With hourly hire nothing needs rescheduling.
• You are carrying things. Shopping bags from Illum and Magasin, samples for a trade show or camera gear stay locked in the car between stops.
• You want a guide as well as a driver. Our chauffeurs know the city's back streets, the best photo spots and where a car can actually stop in the old town.

Hourly rates

Full-day figures are simply 8 × the hourly rate. For multi-day hires and roadshows we offer discounts of up to 30%. Hours between 21:00 and 06:00 carry a 10% night surcharge. Time is counted from pickup to final drop-off.

How it works

1. Book a start time, pickup address and estimated duration through our booking form, WhatsApp or phone.
2. Share a rough plan if you have one. Addresses help your chauffeur plan parking and drop-off points in advance.
3. Change it as you go. Tell your chauffeur where next. If you need extra time, extend on the spot at the same hourly rate.
4. Get one invoice. Private clients pay the confirmed amount; companies can be invoiced monthly through a corporate account.

Hourly hire outside Copenhagen

Hourly bookings can start or end anywhere in Denmark or southern Sweden, including Malmö and Lund. For a single long journey, such as Copenhagen to Aarhus or to Legoland, a fixed-price long-distance transfer is usually cheaper than hourly hire.
