For luggage transfers in Copenhagen, we match the vehicle to your bags, not just your passengers. A Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 large suitcases (from €150 from the airport to the city). A Mercedes Sprinter handles group luggage, ski bags, golf bags and bike boxes. Your chauffeur loads and unloads every piece, from the CPH arrivals hall to your hotel lobby or cruise terminal.
Luggage is the reason many trips to Copenhagen start badly. A standard taxi boot fits two large suitcases, maybe three. Families, cruise passengers with two weeks of formal wear, golfers and skiers find that out at the rank, and end up in two taxis paying two fares. Our luggage service solves the problem before you land, because we ask what you are carrying when you book.

These figures assume standard 23 kg checked cases. Tell us about oversized items (a golf bag, a double pushchair, a 2-metre ski bag, a bike box) and we will allocate the right vehicle. We don't run luggage-only deliveries: your bags ride in the same vehicle as you, loaded and unloaded by your chauffeur. That's why we ask about luggage when you book. If there's more than a sedan can hold, we assign a V-Class or a Sprinter so everyone and everything travels together in one trip, with nothing left behind at the hotel or the terminal.
Luggage handling is always included. You pay for the vehicle, and the price is fixed before you travel.

Night rides (21:00–06:00) carry a 10% surcharge. Card payments carry a 3% fee. Extra waiting beyond the included window is €20 per 15 minutes. Prices are starting prices and include VAT, tolls within Copenhagen and airport parking. Your exact price depends on the route, time and any extras, and is confirmed before you travel.

Two taxis from Copenhagen Airport to the city typically cost DKK 500–700 on the meter. That is similar to one V-Class, but your group is split, the drivers may not help with bags, and you are waiting at the rank with all your luggage.
