Our Copenhagen Airport meet and greet puts a uniformed chauffeur in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall holding a board with your name. They are there when you walk out of customs. They take your luggage, walk you to a waiting Mercedes and drive you to your hotel, home or meeting at a fixed price from €125, with flight tracking and up to 60 minutes of free waiting time included.
Most people only think about meet and greet after a bad arrival: a missed connection, a 40-minute taxi queue in the rain, or a phone that won't find a signal. Arriving in an unfamiliar airport is the most stressful part of a trip, and it is the easiest part to fix. With meet and greet, there is nothing to find, buy or negotiate at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). You look for your name and follow the person holding it.
All arriving passengers at Copenhagen Airport exit into the Terminal 3 arrivals hall. Once you have collected your bags and passed through customs, you come out through one of the arrival exits into a single, open hall with shops, a 7-Eleven and the entrance to the metro and train station. Your chauffeur stands at the rail directly facing the arrivals exit, holding:
You will already have the chauffeur's name and mobile number from your confirmation, so if you can't see them straight away you can simply call. It takes a couple of minutes to walk from the hall to the car, which waits in the pick-up area in front of the terminal.

Night rides (21:00–06:00) carry a 10% surcharge. Card payments carry a 3% fee. Extra waiting beyond the included window is €20 per 15 minutes. Prices are starting prices and include VAT, tolls within Copenhagen and airport parking. Your exact price depends on the route, time and any extras, and is confirmed before you travel.

Your chauffeur's timing follows your flight's actual touchdown, not the timetable, so they are standing at the arrivals barrier with your name board when you walk out of customs.
