Our Copenhagen Airport VIP service puts you in a Luxury VIP car (Mercedes S580, BMW 7 Series or i7) with a professional chauffeur who is waiting in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall with your name board, timed to your actual landing. We track your flight, carry your luggage and drive you straight to your hotel's door. Transfers start at €140 into the city, fixed and all-inclusive.

VIP at an airport means different things to different travellers. For a CEO on a day trip it means a car at the kerb and nobody asking questions. For a family travelling with an elderly parent it means someone who is already there when they walk out, and who handles every bag. For a public figure it means privacy and a discreet name board. What connects them is timing: the chauffeur is there at the right moment, not twenty minutes late and not calling you from the car park.

What a VIP arrival at CPH looks like

1. Before you land: dispatch tracks your flight live and sends your chauffeur's name, mobile number and car details by email or WhatsApp.
2. As you land: your chauffeur's timing follows your actual touchdown, so they are in position in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall when you come through customs.
3. In arrivals: your chauffeur waits at the barrier with a name board (a company name or code word if you prefer) and takes your luggage.
4. At the car: a Luxury VIP saloon, pre-cooled or pre-heated, with water, chargers and Wi-Fi.
5. On the road: a chauffeur who knows the quickest route to your hotel's entrance, not the tourist drop-off.

The VIP departure

For departures, the car arrives at your address at a time worked back from your flight's check-in cut-off, current security waiting times at CPH and live traffic on the Amager motorway. Your chauffeur unloads at the Terminal 3 departures kerb, as close to check-in as possible, and helps with your bags to the entrance. Many business and first-class tickets include priority security at CPH; check what your ticket includes before you travel.

Airport services provided by CPH and your airline

Some travellers also want help inside the terminal. These services are provided by the airport and airlines, not by us, so book them directly. Your chauffeur will be waiting in arrivals when you come out.

• Priority or fast-track security: often included with business and first-class tickets or airline status. Our guide to fast track and lounges at CPH explains the options.

• Assistance for reduced mobility: free from Copenhagen Airport when requested through your airline in advance. Tell us too, so we know when to expect you.

Discretion and privacy

Many of our VIP clients are executives, artists and diplomats who would rather not be recognised. As standard we:

• use a code word or company name on the arrivals board if you prefer;
• share your itinerary only with the assigned chauffeur;
• keep conversations and client identities confidential.

VIP transfer prices

Every price is fixed per car and includes VAT, parking, flight tracking and waiting time.

If you are staying for several days, hourly or daily chauffeur hire is usually simpler and cheaper than booking each trip separately.
