Our roadshow chauffeur service in Copenhagen gives your deal team or management a dedicated car and chauffeur for the whole day. The driver follows your meeting schedule, has the car at each door before you finish, and adapts when meetings move. Roadshows are billed hourly from €120 per hour, with discounts of up to 30% for multi-day programmes, and one consolidated invoice per roadshow.
Investor roadshows are unforgiving. Eight meetings in a day, each 45 minutes, at offices spread across Copenhagen, Hellerup, Ørestad and sometimes Malmö, with no margin for a late car or a wrong entrance. Roadshow coordinators at banks and IR agencies need a transport partner who treats the schedule with the same seriousness they do.
