For company Christmas party transport in Copenhagen, book early: November and December Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest of the year, and taxis are scarce after midnight. We provide minibuses (8–19 seats), coaches (19–75) and V-Classes (up to 7) to take your team from the office to the venue, and planned multi-drop rides home at the end of the night, all at one fixed price.
The Danish julefrokost, the Christmas lunch that tends to run well into the night, is an institution. Every company, sports club and group of friends holds one between mid-November and Christmas, and most of them happen on the same four or five Friday and Saturday nights. That's why the question isn't whether you'll find a venue; it's how everyone gets home safely at 01:30 when 5,000 other parties finish at the same time.

Christmas party transport is quoted as a fixed package: vehicles, hours and drop-offs. Hourly rates start at €125 for a V-Class. Hours after 21:00 carry a 10% night surcharge, which is included in the quote. Companies with regular travel can add it to their corporate account.
