Our Copenhagen concierge service gives you one contact for your whole stay. Alongside your chauffeur, we can book restaurants (including Michelin tables where availability allows), hotels, event and theatre tickets, private guides, yacht and harbour trips, and day excursions. We then build your transport around every booking. Transport is charged at our standard fixed prices, and concierge requests are quoted individually.
Most visitors juggle a hotel concierge, three booking apps, a taxi app and a guidebook. Our clients message one number on WhatsApp. "Dinner for four on Friday somewhere with a view, then a jazz bar" becomes a table reserved, a car at the hotel at 19:15 and a driver waiting outside afterwards. We have offered this since the start because we saw how often transport and plans depend on each other: the car has to know where the dinner is, and the dinner has to fit around the flight.

Transport is charged at our published fixed rates: transfers from €120 and hourly hire from €120 per hour. See prices. Concierge bookings are quoted individually. Third-party costs (tickets, restaurant deposits, guides) are passed through at cost, with a transparent service fee agreed in advance. There's no membership and no retainer.

We should be honest about limits: we can't guarantee a table at a fully booked three-star restaurant, and we won't pretend we can. We will tell you the realistic options, join waitlists on your behalf and suggest excellent alternatives.
