A private transfer from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to the city centre takes 15–25 minutes and costs €125 per car for up to 3 passengers (€140 Luxury VIP, €150 for a 7-seat V-Class). Your chauffeur meets you in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall and drives you to your hotel's door. The price is fixed and includes VAT, parking and 45 minutes' waiting.
Kastrup Airport sits on the island of Amager, 8 km south-east of Copenhagen's historic centre. The drive runs along the Øresund motorway and Amager Boulevard, then into the city over Langebro or Knippelsbro. It is one of the shortest airport-to-city runs in Europe, which is why a private transfer is affordable here, and why paying a meter and waiting at the rank rarely makes sense for families or anyone arriving tired.

Weekday rush hour into the city runs roughly 07:30–09:00, and out of the city 15:30–17:30. Your chauffeur checks live traffic and will choose the fastest route accordingly.

We regularly drop guests at Hotel d'Angleterre, Nimb, Villa Copenhagen, Hotel Sanders, Nobis, the Radisson Collection Royal, Hotel Skt. The M2 metro from Terminal 3 reaches Kongens Nytorv in about 15 minutes, runs 24 hours a day and costs DKK 30 per person, according to Metroselskabet. For a solo traveller with a carry-on it is hard to beat. A private transfer makes sense when there are three or more of you (the per-person cost falls quickly), when you have more than one bag each, when you arrive late at night, or when your hotel is not near a metro stop.
