A corporate chauffeur account with Copenhagen Services gives your company monthly invoicing with VAT, authorised bookers (EAs and travel managers) who can book by email, phone or WhatsApp, one point of contact, and our mostly electric fleet. Anything beyond our regular service can be requested through our team and arranged where possible. There is no joining fee. You pay our published rates, with volume discounts of up to 30% for regular or multi-day use.
For companies with regular visitors, board meetings, roadshows or events in Copenhagen, booking cars trip by trip means scattered receipts, inconsistent service and time lost on admin. A corporate account puts all of it under one agreement: one contact, one invoice, one standard.

We always do our best for regular clients, but availability on peak dates (major congresses, fashion week, December) can't be guaranteed, so book as early as possible.
