Fixed prices, a named driver, flight tracking and meet & greet at CPH come with every ride.
If you are used to booking a "car service" in New York, London or Dubai, the idea is the same here: you schedule a car, a professional driver turns up early in a clean black executive car, and you pay the price you were quoted. Night rides (21:00–06:00) carry a 10% surcharge. Card payments carry a 3% fee. Extra waiting beyond the included window is €20 per 15 minutes.
